Horizontal Rule - Select Color Issue

Guys,

I have a problem with the select color option of the edit horizontal rul. The     Dialog(editor.popupURL("select_color.html"), function(color) function returns the link below

http://server/xinha-nightly/plugins/HorizontalRule/popups/xinha-nightly/popups/select_color.html

it should return

http://server/xinha-nightly/popups/select_color.html

anyone have a fix for it?
