Xinha Logo - Cast your vote now!

It's been a long time since we started collecting your logoes, and it's now time to decide which logo Xinha should be branded with for the future. We have set up a voting feature here :

It will take 5 minutes of your time browsing through the logoes submittet, give them your points from bad to god and in a while we will crown the winner.

Good one Kim. I've placed my votes. Can we be sure that people won't vote many times to skew the results, perhaps you could put a captcha on the first page to "start a session", would at least make it more difficult to fiddle with

Lets leave it open till May and see how many votes we have collected.

Hello James!

The voting is done by a session so that you can't vote more than once, however - you probably know how "easy" it is to detect a user from time to time... , and what the possibilities or should I say limitations of locking on IP. Cookies also have some effect, but again none of the methods really work on the one person that really wants to skew. I won't start this topic here, since it defeats it's purpose explaining all the pitfalls of online surveys - but I have done what can be expected of the vote not to be able to skew it.

I have updated the voting script with a new security layer, I'll also update the page with some more info regarding closing time.

It's almost a little fun doing this, security layers are now updated.

I'm sorry that I recieved your logo to late. There was no reason for me to add it yesterday, as the coting was almost finnished. Nice work on the other hand, to bad you entered to late.

Fellow Xinha users,

I guess my logo was the community's choice. Thanks goes out to tico for his original idea. I was trying to make it a community icon using other people's ideas and creating it from that. I am glad we have something to go with now!

I believe that the various formats will be made available for download soon.
