Direction RTL & LTR cuttons missing

Hi,
I just installed htmlarea & Xinha in my Drupal site and I can not get the Direction RTL & LTR buttons - I tried to eneable everything (buttons & plugins) and still - no direction buttons...

RTL is very important to me - my site is in Hebrew.

Any ideas?
