Turning on/off plugins

Hi.
I want to allow user to switch between simple and full mode. Simple mode has no plugins and full has some plugins. Something like that:

http://www.volny.cz/bigmartin/simple.png

Xinha code is http://www.volny.cz/bigmartin/test.html

There should be anchor <a href="#" onClick="changeSimpleFull()">simple/full</a> which switch between these two modes.
So can you help me with function changeSimpleFull()?
