ImageManager - I can't get the thumbnails to appear

Hi,

I've installed Xinha on IIS and everything else is working fine.
When I click on the imagemanager it allows me to upload images, and delete but it will not generate thumbnails.
It creates the folder so I'm guessing the permissions are correct.

I've even tried this on both ImageMagick and GD.
Can anyone help?
