xinha html view not show all page in ie8

I load a html page in ie8 & on <> - html view I see only half of page.

My husband offered to get clean new xinha from site & in simple configuration to load this one text & view it in ie8

so I get it, load & see all text.
Then I take my version and edit config to load xinha without any plugins - and see _all_page_
Then I add one by one plugins (edit config) and refresh (with ctrl button) ie8 - and see _all_page_

So my config file become the same as before all corrections - and I still see all page.

What the devil?
