Installing Xinha for first time

I need help installing the Xinha program for the first time.

Background: Ive not worked with an HTML editor for a couple of years personally- In the beginning I had a very nice, basic, HTML editor that was essentially Drag and Drop- I cannot remember the name- it was "discontinued" for improvements. I HAD the files for years just in case--- then the PC needed some attention and dumped everything......

I am hoping for the same sort of ease of use with Xinha- I do not remember code- and the little I knew was enough to build simple templates for use on eBay and other formats for sales. I am not technical to today's standards however not retarded---- just in the case of installing this program (which is embarrassing.....)

Any help would be nice- and appreciated tremendously
