Xinha looks good but my question is this ...
How do I make this usable so that the entire world can not see the edit page?
I have a site where I need to be able to allow a couple of folks to be able to edit and add content to the page but I do not want that ability to be there for everyone who visits the page ... only the editors.
Regular site visitors will only see the final content without the xinha editor.
The examples dont really show how to do this ... any help or advice would be great.

This is not a question for Xinha. Xinha is only a widget to include into your own development (of a CMS) it is not a complete system.
If you don't know how to do this, Xinha is not for you - look to using an existing open source CMS.
