disable table editing?

Hi All,

I am looking for a way to do the following: I want users to only edit text within table cells, but not the cells themselves but in Mozilla I cannot find a way to stop the little boxes that let users add, resize and delete table cells

Does anyone know a way I can hide or disable the cell editing controls?
