ExtendedFileManager "Not Acceptable" response

Hi

I have run into this strange error when trying to use the ExtendedFileManager plugin to upload images.

When testing on my localhost it works fine. This just occurs on the remote server.

The popup window that opens contains just the following message:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /Xinha/plugins/ExtendedFileManager/backend.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
**********END***********************

I have checked and all that backend.php file is in the correct place.

Can anyone tell me what the problem may be.

Check permissions.
Check mod_security or other security restriction modules you may have in Apache (most likely it's this).
Turn off MultiViews in apache if it's switched on.
