Revision 177 broke undo in full page mode

I went back several revisions of htmlarea.js, and found that undo stops working in full page mode at htmlarea.js revision 177. It worked fine in full page mode before that.

I fixed it in ticket #298 by rolling back the changes made to HTMLArea.prototype.setHTML in revision 177. That's all it took, with that change undo works fine in the full page mode in the current version of htmlarea.js. Did I break anything?
