A usage question: Is there a way to easily remove a link within a document? If I click an existing link, and then the link button, it lets me edit the link, but there doesn't seem to be a way to remove the link.
The Context Menu can do it (Right-Click->Remove Link) if you're using that plugin (although the Context Menu not working in Full Screen doesn't help), but it'd be nice if the normal link toolbar button had an option to remove the link.
(I'm posting here instead of a new ticket, just in case I missed something obvious. ^_^)

enter an emty string as url and the link will be deleted.
the linker-plugin has an button to remove a link (probably should be added into the standard-link dialog)
