Create Link button questions

Hello all

I am running Xinha v. .096beta2.tar.bz2 with the Bricolage CMS. Since updating to the newer Xinha (from a much earlier version) the create link button grays out the screen but does not produce a create link dialog box. I could not find anything about this in the forums or bug tracker-- before posting a new ticket myself, I wanted to know if anyone had experience troubleshooting with the create link button.
