Equation Problem

Hello,

Does any one know why when I add more than one equation only the last one that I've added can be correctly visualized?

for example:

It will be like that:

I believe that when I add a new equation all old one get lost in their own code becoming a html code that Xinha's TextArea can't understand... how could I fix that?
