change default p class

Hi

I have picked up a job making some alterations to a site that uses a version of Xinha.

I have change the styles that pop up automatically for the p tag, and that works fine.

However, I notice that if I don't select a class for the p tag then one is automatically applied.

HOw do I change this default class please?
