How to Switch from WYSIWYG Editor to normal Text Area...

Is there anyway to switch  from WYSIWYG Editor to normal Text Area with the click of a button or something? I would love to be able to do it dynamically w/o having to reload the whole page. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

i think i don't understand you, but isn't this the htmlmode-button?
(displayed in the default-configuration on the right side of the toolbar)
