How could I make Xinha with IE7

Hi
I use www.docebo.org LMS and it has included Xinha as one of LMS editors .
Editor in IE7 doesn`t load all icons ,
Also my language is right to left language . Please guide me how could I define
text align to right align and how could I change ltr to rtl ?
Also please tell me how could I define Tahoma font as default font in editor .
