fixRelativeLinks Problem

I have problem with "fixRelativeLinks" in IE (for Firefox everything is ok). Xinha is in, for example "http://127.0.0.1/out/admin". When i load editor all urls changes from

"?page=1&opt=6"

to

"/out/admin/?page=1&opt=6".

I thing that some changes must do in "fixRelativeLinks" but don't know how ... Please help
