Remote Xinha loading

Hey,
I'm a web developer and I'm trying to have many websites on 1 host.
I figured, I'd just link all the sites to a full URI instead of the ./xinah/,
But for an unknown reason, it will only load correctly on Firefox and not Internet Explorer 6.
I'm sure the problem isn't with my calling, because when I change it back to ./xinha/ it works [Both locations].

The version of Xinah installed there is Xinha 0.92beta [I am aware it's not the latest, but uploading the new version takes time].

Is there a way I can do remote calling for sites and have it work in all browsers?
Note, each site has it's own domain, so calling ../ won't work.
