EFM - Cannot create file thumbnail

I think, i have set all the true default.
I have no problem in earlier version.
But with Xinha_0.931 i can upload the image normally, but cannot create the thumbnail, why?
Please help...

The config.inc.php is:

$IMConfig['images_dir'] = $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'].'/uploads';

$IMConfig['images_url'] = "http://domain/uploads/";

$IMConfig['thumbnail_dir'] = 't';

And i have chmod /uploads/ and /t/ to 777.
