I`d like to use the Plugin InsertSmiley

...what I have to do? Today I installed the nightly-version. Great! -Thanks a lot. In the folder plugins I saw the Plugin InsertSmiley. The Site from The author Ki Master George seems to be down.
I also found a fix for too much graphics over here:

-This might be useful for someone else as well.

I suppose that I have to ad the button in the toolbar. -The Plugin itself might be already loaded?

Perhaps someone can tell me step by step what to do?
