Site Header above Editor in Fullscreen mode!

Hello,

i've got a problem with the editor on my drupal-page when i switch to fullscreen mode. The header of the site is above the editor and so i can't see all icons. but i really don't know why. i changed the headers z-index to 0. the z-index of the fullscreen editor is 999! but why is the header atop?

I hope someone can help me

Edit: I just found out that everything looks fine in IE 7. So it seems to be some kind of browser problem
